The DP recycling timer allowers the grower more flexibility.

This timer comes in two types one allows you to turn your pumps on for a set amount of seconds and the other allows you to set the number of minutes the appliance runs.

The main advantage to doing this is increased flexibility.  It allows the grower to set the pumps to run for e.g.  5 mins in every 15 mins or 15 seconds every 5 mins  or 10 mins every hour.
