Advice on using the Multi Flow System

The Multi Flow seems complicated at first but is in fact very simple to set up.  Just remember the following points

  1. First of all you must lay out all of the pots and set them on a level surface.
  2. Test the system before you put plants in to check the water level when the system has filled your pots.  This will allow you to better place your plants and check for leaks.
  3. Your Rockwool cubes or pots will need to be sat half-buried in your pebbles so that the water gets to the bottom of the cubes.

! Remember to always check for leaks whenever you go into your room. !

Timings.

Younger plants need less watering, with young plants start the unit to flood twice or four times a day for 15 mins and increase the frequency of the watering as the plants grow.

Always look at your plants if they don't look like they have enough water increase the timings, some young very healthy plants can take up to 8 waters a day.

Nutrient.

As with all plants and systems we recommend you use a pH and EC pen to check your nutrient solution, this is by far the best way to get the most out of your plant.
