| Free Delivery Terms & Conditions |
- The minimum order value for free delivery is £50. If you order is less than £50 then you will be charged a minimal delivery fee.
- We deliver to UK mainland addresses only - If you would like delivery to non-UK mainland addresses, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm a delivery price. Our products are delivered by national couriers between 8.00am and 5.30pm to a UK mainland address of your choice.
- We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost - We operate FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS on standard delivery terms.
- All orders placed online will automatically fall into our standard delivery schedule - Our standard delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days following the day the order was placed. The goods will arrive on any working day in-between this period, between 9.00am and 5.30pm.
- Certain items may take longer to supply and a delivery time of between 10 to 14 days can be expected.
- A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.
- Goods will not be left at the delivery address unless signed for.
- We cannot give an exact day or time of arrival under this delivery schedule.
Please note; Saturday, Sunday and national bank holidays are not working days.
